About the Book
The Operational Manual For The Human Body
a compelling bridge between ancient wisdom and modern science
Drawing on clinical experience and current research, Master Lama Rasaji and Dr. Beth Dolin show how Tai Chi Gung can positively influence nervous system regulation, stress response, circulation, and overall energy levels.
The book outlines how time-tested movements, breath, and mindset practices align with findings from modern physiology, neurology, and cardiology, making a clear, reader‑friendly case for why Tai Chi Gung works not just spiritually, but biologically.
“The Operational Manual for the Human Body” serves as both an inspiring introduction and a practical guide, giving you simple frameworks, real‑world examples, and step‑by‑step insights you can apply to restore balance, build resilience, and support long‑term health.
Master Lama Rasaji
Master Lama Rasaji is one of only 12 Master Lamas in the world and has devoted his life to the study, practice, and teaching of an ancient regenerative health system. He lived and trained at the original Tai Chi Gung Lamasery in Tibet–the school established by Lao Tzu when he journeyed from China more than 3,000 years ago. With more than fifty years of training in Lao Tzu’s regenerative health system, Master Lama Rasaji brings disciplined practice, experiential knowledge, and practical physiology insights to teachings that support balance, vitality, and physiological coherence of the human body.
Meet the Authors
Dr. Elizabeth Dolin, DO, FACOI, FCCP
Elizabeth is an Osteopathic Physician of Internal Medicine with additional board certifications in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. She completed undergraduate training at Oklahoma Baptist University, and medical school training at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed Fellowship training at Scott and White Memorial Hospital, in Temple, Texas.
Osteopathic medicine gave Elizabeth a foundation for the interconnection of the systems of the body, and the benefits of manual medicine. Tai Chi Gung included and expanded upon this foundation to introduce a philosophy of meridians and chakras, a spiritual foundation for each of the Tai Chi Gung exercises, and the ultimate integration of the most complete approach to overall health and wellness.
Sign-up for this unique opportunity to discuss the findings with Master Lama Rasaji and Doctor Beth Dolin, have the opportunity to ask the authors your questions, and meet other local medical professions who are open to embracing the journey to greater health connecting East and West.

Dr. Elizabeth Dolin’s Journey Back to Simplicity
Tai Chi Gung taught me to experience the human body as an electromagnetic biologic being, with frequencies and vibrations sent out and absorbed every day, which need balance and release to prevent the unwanted negative things from manifesting in our lives, and instead promote the very best we desire to become a reality. This concept is a key to health, wellness, and disease prevention. We are beautifully and wonderfully made, so much more than tissues and plumbing. By doing the Tai Chi Gung exercises, we are increasing our energy, clearing our energy fields, and beginning to balance and regenerate ourselves. There has never been a better time to pursue this journey of discovery.
Maha Lama Bo-Yang, who celebrated his 118th year on Earth in 2025, has often said, “Tai Chi Gung is the owner’s manual for the human body.” This statement points to a larger truth: the human body was designed with inherent wisdom, yet most people today have lost touch with its natural instructions. Tai Chi Gung is an ancient system, yet timeless in its truth, offering wisdom not only about how to live, but how to thrive – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
One must ask why some people age the way they do, while others seem to age entirely differently? Why does vitality persist in some while it wanes in others? This question lies at the heart of our exploration in this book. The disparity is not random. It stems from differences in how individuals understand, nurture, and govern their lifeforce. True healing is not merely a science; it is an art–and a return to divine simplicity. As the Lamasery reminds us, “God simplifies, man complicates.” Modern medicine often layers complexity over the simple, powerful laws that govern health and life. Relearning these laws is essential.
“Tai Chi Gung is both personal practice and public health intervention–a living science that validates what ancient traditions and modern research alike affirm: health is sustained not only by external treatment, but by the conscious regulation of life energy within.”
Discover the Clinical Benefits of Tai Chi Gung
“I think it is time for the East and West to get together, lay aside ego, lay aside learning differences, structure and teaching differences, and embrace each other wholeheartedly so that the human race benefits from that. We have a saying in the Lamasery in Tibet: ‘Health, Wealth, and Happiness for One Human Family,’ and that denotes no sex, no different creeds, no separate religions, no alternative thinking. It accepts us all. It is really important for us to come together with our knowledge because humanity is the by-product of this.”
— Master Lama Rasaji
Approach
Each chapter explores one system of the body across its physical, energetic, and spiritual functions, with attention to how sustaining, creating, and releasing forces operate within it. By bridging modern physiology, traditional wisdom, and scriptural insight, Tai Chi Gung emerges as not only a spiritual discipline but also a coherent, evidence-consistent modality for restoring health, resilience, and vitality.
